NeoAgent (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides an enterprise platform for building and operating autonomous AI agents. This policy explains what information we collect when you use neoagent.dev or our services, and how we handle that information.

Information we collect

• Contact information you provide through forms on neoagent.dev — name, work email, company, team size, and the message you send us.
• Account & usage data when you use the NeoAgent platform — API keys, agent configurations, execution traces, and logs.
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and interaction events on our marketing site, used for security and analytics.

How we use information

• To respond to demo requests and sales inquiries.
• To provide, operate, secure, and improve the NeoAgent platform.
• To meet legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with sub-processors that help us deliver the service (such as our email provider, Resend, and our cloud infrastructure providers), or when required by law. A current sub-processor list is available on request to our contact form.

Data residency & security

Enterprise customers can choose their data residency region and request a dedicated, single-tenant deployment. NeoAgent maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards aligned with SOC 2 Type II and our forthcoming ISO 27001 controls.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email our contact form.

Retention

We retain personal information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Demo-request submissions are retained for up to 24 months, then deleted.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use of NeoAgent after the “Last updated” date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
